Fiat Lux Legal is a multidisciplinary law firm founded by Attorney Federica Loreti, who has over 20 years of experience in the legal field. The firm’s goal is to offer clients a comprehensive and personalized service that takes into account all their needs, in an increasingly international and complex context where different sectors (legal, technical, administrative, and tax) are becoming increasingly interconnected.
Fiat Lux Legal was created with the goal of providing clients with a 360-degree service that is not limited to the strictly legal aspects but also takes into account other important aspects such as technical, administrative, and tax matters and can offer advice to an international clientele, providing assistance also in a transnational context.
To achieve this goal, Attorney Federica Loreti has assembled a team of professionals including lawyers, but also accountants, architects, engineers, labor consultants, real estate consultants, and financial advisors who have worked alongside her over the years, successfully overcoming numerous challenges.

Mission
An idea born of the need to provide concrete answers
The idea of creating this new structure arose from wanting to respond to concrete needs that, over the years, during the practice of the legal profession, I was able to personally experience and verify.
The modern world, in fact, is becoming increasingly complex and confusing, relationships are becoming more and more complicated, and we increasingly need an expert – in various areas – who is able to shed light on our path and guide us through the intricacies of laws and bureaucracy.
Over time, laws have become increasingly numerous and difficult to interpret, both in Italy and in Europe. Sources overlap and it is not always easy to understand the correct interpretation and which rule applies to the specific case.
Shed light on the path
Fiat Lux -as the word itself says- wants to return to the origins, when everything was created but darkness still surrounded creation. Then came the light, and everything became clear, visible, and the paths to be taken were illuminated and doubts vanished.
This is our goal: to bring light where there is darkness, to rekindle the hope of finding the right path, even for those who have lost it. To find the right and convenient legal solutions, to be adapted to each specific case, so that our clients can feel at ease in taking the chosen path, with the serenity of having made the right choice.

With our work, we do not want to limit ourselves only to the strictly legal aspect: we want to give our clients a security that extends to the related and interconnected sectors of each operation: our team is composed of professionals who operate in different sectors: lawyers, but also accountants, architects, engineers, labor consultants, real estate consultants, and financial advisors.
Going beyond national borders
But there’s more. In this increasingly interconnected world, there is a growing need for international contacts, for knowing and being able to operate beyond national borders. Precisely to meet this need of many clients who have their offices located around the world, we want to guarantee, through an international network of professionals, assistance and consulting also in other countries.
The logo
For this reason, the logo chosen for Fiat Lux Legal features is the dandelion flower -which in its stylization seems to resemble a small light- which during flowering produces seeds equipped with a parachute. When the wind blows, the seed with its parachute detaches from the plant and is carried away by the wind, reaching even places far from the plant. Through this simple trick, therefore, the seed of the flower, carried by the wind, is able to reach anywhere. In the same way, we want to spread our message, assisting our clients wherever they need it.
